  13. use of our Software programs requires a valid Business Entity, Institutional,
  14. Government License Agreement as described in the file License.txt.

  17. by completing the "Information Request" form included in the file License.txt,
  18. and returning it to Webster's Lexxicon Publishing Corp. by Fax or paper mail.
